General Conditions of Sale for the Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option
In the present General Conditions of Sale, unless otherwise indicated from the specific context, the expressions and terms below shall be defined as follows: “Air France”: Société Air France, a limited liability company incorporated under French law, with its registered office at 45 rue de Paris, F-95747 Roissy CDG Cedex, France, and registered with the Registry of Commerce and Companies of Bobigny under the number 420 495 178.
“Business Cabin”: area aboard the aircraft for customers who have purchased a Business fare ticket.
“La Première Cabin”: area aboard the aircraft for customers who have purchased a La Première fare ticket.
"Customer": an individual person of legal age who has booked a ticket in the Business Cabin on an AIR FRANCE flight and who wishes to reserve an Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option.
"Terms and Conditions of Sale" or "Conditions" or "Present": the Conditions herein defining the General Conditions of Sale for the Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option.
"Long-haul": flights operated by Air France between Europe and Asia, Oceania, Africa (outside of North Africa), North or South America, the Middle East, the Caribbean, or the Indian Ocean.
“Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option” or “Option”: possibility offered to the Customer to reserve, in return for the payment of the Price, the service as described in article 2 of the Presents.
"Price" : the price of the Option varies according to the fare paid.
"Websites": Air France websites accessible via www.airfrance.com or the Air France mobile application.
The Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option is a service exclusively available to Customers who have booked an Air France Business cabin ticket on a Long-haul flight. By purchasing the Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option, the Customer benefits from the following services at Terminal 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport on the day of their departure:
On the day of their departure, a private airport experience, which includes:
- An airport transfer to the airport from Hertz Drive U.
Welcome by a La Première agent at door 17 of Terminal 2, Hall E at Charles de Gaulle airport - Baggage transfer to the La Première vestibule (check-in area reserved for customers with a La Première Cabin ticket).
- Assistance with travel formalities such as identity check and baggage check-in.
- Access to the private lounge in the La Première Vestibule.
- Transfer by private luxury sedan to the La Première lounge.
- Private airport experience: passage through a security checkpoint dedicated to La Première customers, passage through a dedicated border checkpoint within the La Première Lounge.
Access to a suite located in the La Première Lounge for a period of three (3) hours on the day of departure with the reserved time slot. Each exclusive private suite in the La Première Lounge can accommodate up to 4 people. These suites measure up to 45m2 and include:
- A living room with a sofa, two (2) armchairs, a desk area, a dining table with four (4) seats, a flat-screen TV with network channels, and video-conferencing facilities
- A bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV with network channels and a safe
- One bathroom
- Each suite has its own private outdoor patio
- One suite (suite 1) has been designed to meet accessibility standards for People with Reduced Mobility
- Two interconnecting suites (suites 1 and 2) for up to 8 people
These suites feature special services:
- On site-catering service with the same menus by Chef Alain Ducasse as in the La Première Lounge
- SISLEY treatments can be booked in advance, subject to availability
- Mini bar
- Exceptional bedding and linens
- Business: Videoconferencing on the lounge screen Small office area
- Additional services: Ironing and shoe-shining service available on request
During a connection with a private airport experience, which includes:
- Welcome upon arrival of the flight from Paris-Charles de Gaulle 2.
- Personalized assistance at the airport and transfer via luxury sedan.
- Access to the suite located in the La Première Lounge for a period of three (3) hours for the reserved time slot. Each exclusive private suite in the La Première Lounge can accommodate up to 4 people. These suites measure up to 45m2 and include:
- A living room with a sofa, two (2) armchairs, a desk area, a dining table with four (4) seats, a flat-screen TV with network channels, and video-conferencing facilities
- A bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV with network channels and a safe
- One bathroom
- Each suite has its own private outdoor patio
- One suite (suite 1) has been designed to meet accessibility standards for People with Reduced Mobility
- Two interconnecting suites (suites 1 and 2) for up to 8 people
These suites feature special services:
- On-site catering service with the same menus by Chef Alain Ducasse as in the La Première Lounge
- SISLEY treatments can be booked in advance, subject to availability
- Mini bar
- Exceptional bedding and linens
- Business: Videoconferencing on the lounge screen Small office area
- Additional services: Ironing and shoe-shining service available on request
Then a private transfer via luxury sedan to the connecting flight.
The Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option is a service exclusively available to Customers who have booked an Air France Business cabin ticket on a Long-haul flight.
The Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option can be reserved for 3,500 euros or 700,000 Miles (1 to 4 people traveling on the same flight).
Reservations can be made before the day of departure via our call centers, or via a request form on the Air France website, as well as at the airport with an agent from the La Première teams, subject to availability.
Unaccompanied minors cannot reserve the Exclusive Airport Experience + La Première Lounge suite Option.
4.1 The Customer may pay for the Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option using one of the payment methods offered on the Websites.
4.2 Payment for the Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option may be made using Miles, where applicable.
The Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option is associated with an Air France flight number and must be used on the day of the flight's departure for which the customer has purchased an Option. The Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option is subject to availability.
The Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option purchased by a Customer may be modified or transferred to another flight, depending on the fare conditions of the Customer’s ticket, subject to availability.
7.1 The Option offered to the Customer is personal and non-transferable. Once the Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option has been purchased by a customer, it is non-refundable in cash or as a Miles credit, except in the cases outlined in Article 7.2.
7.2 The Customer who has purchased the Exclusive Airport Experience & La Première Lounge suite Option may only be reimbursed the Price of the Option in the following circumstances:
- The flight for which the Customer has purchased the Option is canceled, modified, or delayed,
- following a voluntary flight change made by the Customer, the Option is no longer available,
- the plane ticket purchased by the Customer is refundable.
The Customer may request a refund of the Price of the Option by completing an online claim accessible via the "Contact us" section of the Website.
Air France shall not be liable and shall not be deemed to have failed in its obligations in the event of non-performance of all or part of the services covered by the present contract due to a case of force majeure as defined or interpreted by French law. In such a case, the Customer shall not be entitled to any indemnity, interest, or compensation for any direct or indirect loss suffered as a result of the failure to provide services.
Air France reserves the right to alter these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Subscriptions to the Option will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of booking, unless a change to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is required by law or governmental authority (in which case this change will also apply to all orders already placed).
